Our vacation-ready, beautifully furnished, beach block condominium has all the amenities you’ll need to relax and enjoy your time at the Shore. Located in the beautiful Ocean Harbor Condominium, at the corner of Atlantic and Farragut Avenues, our spacious second-floor unit is just one block from the beach. Relaxing on the balcony, you are surrounded by beautiful, pastel-colored views. You can see the beach on one side, and Sunset Lake on the other. Inside our spacious air-conditioned beauty, you’ll find a fully-equipped, chef-ready kitchen and a dining room that seats 8. (We’ve also included a high-chair and booster seat for your little ones.) There are 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate your family. The master suite has a king bed, private bathroom (with linen closet), and balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Each bedroom has a huge closet. The living room sofa folds out to a queen bed. There’s also a twin folding cot and port-a-crib for flexible sleeping arrangements. The living room boasts a gorgeous 47” HDTV connected to a home theater system and a library of family-friendly DVDs. TVs and DVD/CD players are also in each bedroom. And for your video gamers, there is a dedicated video game hookup and HDTV in the third bedroom. We also include high-speed wireless Internet access and local phone service. The beach is just a short stroll away. In our private storage area, we’ve included beach chairs, beach toys, a rolling beach cart, a beach umbrella, and hooks for wet or sandy items. Or you can lay by the large, accessible pool available to all residents. At the end of the day, enjoy a family barbeque by the pool or on the balcony and marvel at the view. Linens and towels are not included. But we do provide pillows, blankets and kitchen towels. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, and iron/ironing board.
